One identity, separate venues

Your Privy account is your main Tickside identity. Google and supported wallets are ways to sign in to that same identity. Polymarket and Hyperliquid remain separate. Each venue has its own selected account, balance, orders, positions and credentials. Switching the active Polymarket account does not switch Hyperliquid, and switching Hyperliquid does not switch Polymarket. Use the same Privy login on a new browser to restore your Tickside identity. Venue credentials saved only on the old device do not move automatically.

The addresses you see

Your Privy wallet signs for the default Tickside account. Polymarket can use a different funds address for collateral and positions. Hyperliquid shows a master account that holds funds and a separate trading key that can place orders but cannot withdraw. Tickside labels these roles in Account. Always check the selected venue and active account before signing.

Add and switch accounts

Open Account, choose a venue and select Add account. Up to five accounts can be configured for each venue on one browser. Only one account is active per venue at a time. Switching an account clears that venue’s live trading session and reloads its balance, orders, positions and history. Other venues continue with their own active accounts.

Polymarket account totals

Select Locked to open the related markets. Select To settle to collect resolved value when Tickside can settle the account directly, or to open the Polymarket redeem page when collection must be completed there. Hyperliquid shows its own spot balance in its Account section and ladder. It is not included in the Polymarket totals above.

Your name

A username belongs to the main Tickside identity, not to the venue account that is currently selected.

Disconnecting

Disconnecting removes the active session from the browser. It does not move funds, cancel venue orders or close positions.
