Account and venues

Your Privy account is your main Tickside identity. It restores your session, username and access to the app. Polymarket and Hyperliquid accounts connect to this identity but keep their balances, positions, orders and credentials separate.
Select Connect and continue with Google or a supported wallet through Privy. On the first visit, review the notices and accept the terms. You can connect and fund a venue after the Tickside account exists.
Tickside supports Polymarket and Hyperliquid outcome markets. A venue or feature is available only when it appears inside the app.
No. Your Privy identity remains the same. Each venue keeps its own active account and trading session.
The browser session ends. Funds and positions stay at their venue. Working orders remain active until they fill, expire or are cancelled.

Funds

Confirm the selected Polymarket account and the funds address shown in Account. The signer and funds address can be different. Also check that the deposit used an asset and network supported by the live deposit window.
Hyperliquid outcome markets use spot USDC. Confirm that the selected master account is correct and that the transfer completed its final deposit step. Funds held in another Hyperliquid balance do not appear as outcome trading cash.
Yes. Open Funds, choose the source and destination, review all fees and sign with the required wallet. Transfers can update the source before the destination. Do not submit the same transfer again while its status is uncertain.
No. The wallet authorizes the action and the venue, bridge or blockchain executes it. Tickside does not hold the funds and cannot reverse a completed transfer.
Locked is value from a hedged Polymarket position that remains at the venue until resolution. To settle is resolved value ready to collect. Select either total to open the related action.

Security

No. Privy manages that wallet. Tickside receives the public address and asks the Privy provider to sign approved actions. The private key is not exposed to the Tickside frontend or backend.
It is processed only in your browser. Session mode keeps it in memory. Remembered mode stores encrypted ciphertext locally with a non extractable device key. Passphrase mode uses a passphrase that is never stored. The private key is never sent to Tickside servers.
It is encrypted locally in the browser and decrypted only in memory while trading is unlocked. Tickside servers never store it. Tickside also refuses the master wallet private key because that key can withdraw funds.
Tickside servers do not store your wallet private keys, API wallet private keys, account API secrets, seed phrases, recovery codes or encryption passphrases. Public addresses and the operational records needed to provide the service are stored.
No. Tickside support will never ask for a private key, API wallet key, API secret, seed phrase, recovery code or passphrase. A message asking for one is fraudulent.
Tickside does not take custody of customer funds. A connected wallet must authorize deposits, withdrawals and transfers. A Hyperliquid trading key can place orders but cannot withdraw.

Trading

Select a BACK or LAY cell at the price you want. Selecting an available price can trade immediately. Selecting a price away from the market creates a working order.
Only part of the order traded. The traded part appears under Matched. The remaining part stays under Unmatched until it trades or is cancelled.
Select your amber stake to cancel that price, use the cross beside one unmatched order, use the supported right click action, or press X to cancel orders in the ladder under the pointer.
Select HEDGE to close the available position through the book. Select a P&L value to close at a specific price. Tickside never intentionally closes more shares than the venue confirms are available.
Tickside shows net P&L after known fees. A venue may show gross P&L or update on a different schedule. Tickside keeps the last confirmed result while new fills and positions are reconciled.
Tickside currently adds no trading fee. Each venue can charge its own fees. The final venue fill and transfer records are authoritative.
Paper mode uses the live order book with simulated funds, orders, fills and P&L. It does not place real orders.
