We never store your private key

Not encrypted, not hashed, not anywhere. Whichever way you got in, the key stays in your browser.

A key you pasted

It is encrypted in the browser you typed it into and is never sent to any server. There is no copy of it anywhere else, which also means there is no account recovery. Lose the key and the account is gone the same way a wallet is.

An account you created

Key management runs on Privy and the wallet is yours. Neither we nor Privy can move a balance or sign an order for you. Export the key in one click whenever you want to leave.
There is no store of keys here for anyone to steal, and nothing we could hand over if we were asked for it.

Orders do not pass through us

Orders are signed locally and sent straight from your browser to the venue. Our servers are not in that path at all. That is worth stating precisely, because it decides what an outage on our side can cost you. If we go down, your resting orders are still resting at the venue and your positions are still yours.

We never hold your funds

Your balance sits at the venue, in your own account, the whole time. There is no tickside wallet in the middle, no deposit to us, and nothing to withdraw from us.
Lock the key at any time from Account. Settling winnings is gas free for deposit wallet accounts.

What we do store

The trail: what the app decided and when, keyed to your wallet address, so a problem can be investigated without asking you to reproduce it. Prices, orders and P&L figures. Never a key, a passphrase or a secret. A field whose name even looks like one is stripped before it is written.

If someone asks you for your key

They are not us. We have no way to ask you for it and no reason to. Nobody who works here will ever request it, on any channel, for any reason.
